Delivery Details

We ship to addresses in Australia Only. Delivery is by Australia Post or Registered Post. Tanjable Expressions will not be held responsible for items not travelling via Registered Post.

Dispatch of orders is subject to receipt of credit card payment or confirmation of cleared funds when payment is made by cheque or direct debit.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by the following methods:

• Credit Cards: We accept Visa & Mastercard Please note: that your credit card statement will show a purchase from "Tanjable Expressions"
   
• Cheques: Your order will be dispatched once funds are cleared.
  
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Direct Debit: Your order will be dispatched once notification of deposited funds is received from you via email (please include the invoice number in your notification) and is confirmed by the Bank.

Pricing

Pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Where applicable, items exempt of GST are so indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Credits

All claims for damage, shortage, incorrect pricing or supply must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.

Please choose items carefully as they are not able to be returned once delivered. We will not refund for incorrectly ordered goods. If incorrect items are ordered & dispatched, we will at our discretion, exchange goods and any difference in pricing will be charged or credited, allowing for additional shipping, handling & administrational charges incurred. We have the right to waive this policy under certain circumstances and any such return would be subject to additional charges such as restocking fees, applicable bank charges and other return criteria.

Incorrect pricing will be "charged back" to the credit card used in the initial purchase or we may offer goods to the value of the difference by mutual agreement.

We reserve the right to deny credit claims or returns at our discretion.
